Free shipping
We offer free tracked shipping on every order, worldwide.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery time
- United States: 7–15 business days
- Europe & UK: 7–15 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
These are estimates and not guaranteed; delays caused by carriers or customs may occasionally occur. For delivery before Christmas we recommend ordering early or adding Priority Shipping.
Order tracking
Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number by email. Tracking can take 2–5 days to update.
Customs and duties
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility.
Shipping address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
